A restructure in 2022 led to Myer Marine Services shifting to become MYER Companies LLC – a parent company to multiple wholly-owned subsidiaries based on business-mode and industry served. This was done to allow the organization greater flexibility while maintaining high-level analytics, and ultimately to provide our customers with a greater level of service.
Functionally, MYER operates as one unit and provides a turn-key and comprehensive team for our clients. Operationally, MYER is a collection of 4 primary subsidiaries, all pulling in the same direction and with the ability to play off each other’s strengths.
